No specific level of English is required. Your job-search strategy and preperation will be adjusted to your current skills and experience and we help you grow and gain confidence along the way.
Yes.
If you fully participate in the program (e.g., attend coaching sessions, respond on time, actively apply to roles) and do not secure an offer within 2 months, you may request a refund.
No refund applies if you decline suitable offers, withdraw voluntarily, or disengage from the process.
Once you choose to accept a role, your relationship is directly with the employer. But don’t worry! we don’t disappear. The LynxConnect team stays by your side with guidance and support through your transition. We continue to support you with guidance, settling-in tips, and check-ins.
We’ll guide you through the travel planning process and provide advice to make your move smoother. While we don’t book flights or accommodation ourselves, the hotels and hospitality opportunities we recommend typically include meals and accommodation. We’ll help you understand what to expect and how to prepare.
